Job Description
Would you like to start or continue a career in professional level recruitment. We partner with leading tech and tech enabled brands helping them to hire the talent they need to accelerate their growth and transform their operations.
Our refurbished offices are based in the pretty village of Eynsford in Kent, very close to the riverside pub The Plough and 5 minutes from the station, we work with brands throughout the UK and beyond.
Responsibilities
– You will receive a detailed training schedule and have hands-on support.
– You will be trained to manage the entire end to end recruitment process for clients. (for those who do not have experience)
– That includes business development, building relationships with clients and candidates utilising the latest recruitment technology, tools and platforms.
– Managing your own day to ensure that you are successfully creating your own portfolio of clients and achieving weekly and monthly targets.
Essential skills / Experience:
– Degree Educated or a Sales background
– Ambitious individuals that have a desire to progress quickly in their career
