Job Description
This client, established in 2020 have shown excellent growth and progress since it was established. They work in a market worth $500bn and are working towards being a market leader in the un-bankable SME space, building a global product-driven company to develop an SME-centric product in international banking. As the first senior product design hire, you will play a crucial role in building their product design capabilities and bringing customer-centricity to the heart of the organisation. You will establish and advocate for product design practices across the organisation and play a hands-on role influencing early product development.
Responsibilities
- Play a hands-on role facilitating customer development, working alongside Product Managers and Product Directors to uncover merchants’ problems and synthesise insights.
- Produce information architecture flows, low and high-fidelity prototypes and final mobile and web designs across the client’s platform and public-facing lead-generation website.
Essential skills / Experience:
- Hands-on experience leading the product design of a technology product within a customer-centric technology company, ideally in the B2B fintech space.
- Passion and enthusiasm for building a customer-centric product as an early senior design hire.
- Experience working in a start-up or scale up
