Job Description

My client who are at the forefront of the Payments Industry require a Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager.

The candidate needs gravitas, to win hearts and minds and be truly passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion.

To be able to educate and lead senior people both individually and strategically


The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager will have a pivotal role in building EDI capability across my client, from a relatively low level of organisational maturity. The role has accountability for implementing and reporting the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and annual plans. A key influencer in the organisation, you will work across all levels of the organisation to gain commitment to EDI activities and initiatives and to create and promote a culture of openness and transparency.

Essential skills / Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • EDI recognised qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience of developing and implementing EDI strategy, frameworks, tools and policies with measurable impacts.
  • Thorough knowledge of equality legislation, codes and best practice and impacts on colleague experience and organisational effectiveness.
